Next week, from June 6th to the 10th, will take place in Los Angeles, California, the 9th Summit of the Americas. Mandataries from most countries inthe Americas and their entourage will attend this summit, whose theme is " Building a Sustainable, Resilient and Equitable Future."
Many topics will be discussed including the Covid 19 pandemic and the problems it showed regarding health, economic, educational, and social systems. In the agenda there will also be threats to democracy, the climate crisis, and migration, among others.
Wuitusu will be present with an exhibit of Wayuu art, hoping to shine a spotlight on this deserving culture. Thank you to Little Latin America of Los Angeles and Little Venezuela in Los Angeles for the oportunity.
